The Courtyard
Our largest private event section, The Courtyard is a spacious outdoor venue that is mostly open to the elements. A large helipad provides partial shade, misting fans, and rain cover, while The Clubhouse—our only fully enclosed rental space on the property (non-air-conditioned)—offers additional flexibility for gatherings and weather contingencies. With ample room to spread out, mingle, and enjoy your own private section of the lawn, The Courtyard is ideal for larger events in a lively outdoor setting.

Full Site Buyout
Includes access to all event spaces, seating areas, and the full lawn. Best suited for large-scale events seeking full privacy and maximum flexibility.

Picnic Table Reservations
Picnic Table Reservations are a great option for casual get-togethers. You'll have reserved seating for your group during your rental window, plus easy access to our food vendors, Miss Market, and the lawn. It's a simple, affordable way to celebrate without needing a private event space.  Small table top decor and a celebratory dessert are permitted.  No balloons, confetti, or glitter.

Picnic tables are assigned based on availability, and specific table locations cannot be guaranteed. However, all picnic tables reserved for the same group will be placed together in the best available area of the property at the time of your event.
