The Batture

River Shells

The Batture River Shell project is our ongoing sitewide shell hunt. Hand-painted by oyster shells created by New Orleans native artist, @carodesign_morrison, are hidden throughout the property for anyone to discover. Each shell is a one-of-a-kind, inspired by the river, the landscape, and the colors of this place.

Find one? It’s yours to keep. Share your discovery with us using #BattureRiverShells.
