Where the river lives

The Batture serves as a uniquely New Orleans treasure, where families and neighbors come together to enjoy the river that shapes the city of New Orleans. Whether it be a family picnic at sunset, a meal overlooking the great lawn or a drink with friends after a bike ride on the levee, the space is an offering to the city and its people.
